Our Search Process    

Our search process is designed to deliver exactly the talent needed, as quickly as possible. As our client, you can expect personal attention during every phase of the search process, with a Single direct point of contact from start to finish. We'll conduct exploratory calls or visit your facilities to understand not just the position you want to fill, but your industry, your business and your corporate culture. Our Executive Search Consultants will follow this typical search process model:

  • Does not work with any Client without meeting face to face beforehand - this is the only way we can truly represent Clients effectively.
  • Does not send speculative CV’s – unlike other contingency recruiters, we only submit CVs on shortlist, all of which have been qualified, verified and tested face to face.
  • Manages ALL salary negotiations – All negations are managed impartially so that the recruitment process itself does not hinder securing the best candidate.
  • Psychologically test every candidate (Assessment Tools) and produce a report – This means Clients can target interviews specifically to possible concerns and skill gaps, finding the right person culturally becomes much easier!
  • “Replacement Employee Facility” as per our TOB – The decision you made to employ a candidate therefore, is protected!
  • 1. Client Mandate:
    We receive the job specifications and requirements from the client.
  • 2. Candidate Identification:
    Potential candidates are identified and shortlisted based on the role's specific requirements.
  • 3. Shortlist Presentation:
    At least three validated profiles are presented to the client for each role.
  • 4. Interview Coordination:
    We assist the client in managing the interview process for shortlisted candidates.
  • 5. Assessments and Reference Checks:
    We conduct any required assessments or reference checks at the client’s request.
