Our client; A leading Automotive Company in Jordan is looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Insurance Officer to join its growing team. Acting as a liaison point between the company and the company’s Customers from one side and the insurance companies from the other side. Competitive package is provided including basic salary and commissions. 

 The role demands good technical knowledge of the Automotive Insurance industry in Jordan with a strong focus on customer experience, client leads generation, collaboration and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Literally acting the liaison point between the company and its customers from one side and the insurance companies from the other side. 
  2. Interact with insurance companies to make sure business is spreaded effectively and fairly among them.
  3. Gather and analyze underwriting information across the market, to effectively assess the best solutions for clients
  4. Promote and prospect insurance services of the company 
  5. Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to determine coverage needs at different premium levels
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to the team to ensure compliance with internal/regulatory procedures and standards.
  7. Ensure that quotation and insurance policies are placed according to 
  8. Provide technical support and advice to clients, addressing any queries or concerns regarding their insurance coverage
  9. Provide proper guidance in relation to the insurance policy.
  10. Ensure that products being proposed are competitive and suit customer’s needs and budget.
  11. Provide relevant and standard reports to Management.
  12. Assist the team in negotiation with insurers with the aim to satisfy customers
  13. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  14. Assist the claims team for technically complicated claim cases. Going the extra mile to engage customers.

 Requirements

  • Desirable Degree in Management/Business Admin/or any equivalent field.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position or in Insurance galaxy.
