Our Client , A leading company in Jordan , is looking for Talent Acquisition & Retention Supervisor to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to HR Manager

Main Purpose of the Job

Lead Talent Acquisition function: provide guidance on day-to-day activities to ensure fulfilling recruitment requirements and meeting recruitment KPI’s, and provide in-depth analysis and reporting on activities and relevant data.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise all recruitment activities and ensure closing all vacancies in a timely manner.
Maintain healthy pool of candidates to ensure efficiency in closing recruitment needs.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant entities.
Provide periodical progress reports.
Provide analysis on recruitment activities and suggest actionable steps to retain talents.
Set and execute action plan to achieve set KPI’s.
Monthly analysis of “Exit Surveys” and provide action plan to improve retention and reduce turnover rate.
Measure impact of implemented action plan to reduce turnover rate.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, or any majors related to such position with proven relevant experience

Training & Certification : Talent Acquisition, HR KPI’s or similar certifications

Minimum Experience : 3 years of experience in similar position
