Our Client , A leading company in Jordan , is looking for Talent Acquisition & Retention Supervisor to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to HR Manager

 

Main Purpose of the Job

Lead Talent Acquisition function: provide guidance on day-to-day activities to ensure fulfilling recruitment requirements and meeting recruitment KPI’s, and provide in-depth analysis and reporting on activities and relevant data.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise all recruitment activities and ensure closing all vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain healthy pool of candidates to ensure efficiency in closing recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant entities.
  • Provide periodical progress reports.
  • Provide analysis on recruitment activities and suggest actionable steps to retain talents.
  • Set and execute action plan to achieve set KPI’s.
  • Monthly analysis of “Exit Surveys” and provide action plan to improve retention and reduce turnover rate.
  • Measure impact of implemented action plan to reduce turnover rate.

 

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, or any majors related to such position with proven relevant experience

Training & Certification : Talent Acquisition, HR KPI’s or similar certifications

Minimum Experience : 3 years of experience in similar position
