Our Client , a leading International hospitality and restaurants operator (mainly in Airports)  , is looking for Supply Chain Manager  to be based in Amman - Jordan

Requirements of the job :

University Degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Admin., Supply Chain or Logistics) or above, at least 7 years of experience in related job/sector, knowledge of Jordan Commercial Law

Highlights of the Job Description

Responsible for coordinating the restaurants and kitchens with the factories and suppliers regarding the requests for in-stock products and responsible for the supplied products to be distributed among the units.  . 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct duties of warehouse and inventory
2. Manage purchasing process according to company regulations.
3. Plan and predict short and long term production, purchasing requirements and spending
4. Make market research regarding stocked and non-stock material opportunities
5. Perform ERP process regularly (price updates, purchase orders, good receipts, invoice resolution, claims and returns, stock management)
