Our Client, A leading Automotive Company in Jordan is looking for Senior Social Media Officer

Job Role Summary:

Responsible for preparing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, supervising advertising campaigns, managing digital content and analyzing performance, in addition to coordinating with other departments to achieve the company's overall marketing objectives.

Basic tasks and responsibilities :

First: Strategic Planning and Development:

 

1. Preparing a comprehensive marketing plan and developing marketing strategies to achieve general objectives.

2. Provide innovative ideas and development opinions for advertising campaigns to increase sales and promote the brand.

3. Attend strategic meetings with management and other departments to develop work and achieve integration.

Second: Advertising Campaigns Management:

4. Supervise the launch and management of digital advertising campaigns through social media platforms and review them continuously.

5. Design and implement SMS campaigns using the dedicated portal.

Third: Supervising digital content and platforms:

6. Organizing and scheduling publication on social media platforms according to a well-thought-out plan.

7. Follow up the performance of digital platforms and analyze the results using data analysis tools.

8. Writing marketing texts and scenarios for photography and advertising campaigns.

9. Respond to inquiries and comments via digital platforms within the specified times.

Fourth: Reporting and Documentation:

10. Prepare monthly reports on performance and marketing activities.

11. Prepare special reports for China or new agencies at the request of management.

Fifth: Coordination with other departments:

12. Collaborate with different departments sto enhance performance and share content across social platforms.

Sixth: Financial Management:

13. Prepare and review monthly invoices and ensure that they comply with the procedures.

14. Negotiating and contracting with external companies that contribute to improving performance and development.

Seventh: Team Management:

15. Organize weekly plans and distribute tasks to team members to ensure that goals are implemented in one spirit when requested
