Our Client , a leading UAE law firm, having offices in Dubai , Abu Dhabi , Muscat and Amman Covering MENA and provide local, regional and international clients with a full business law services, is looking for Bilingual (Arabic, English) Senior Litigation Associate to be based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

  • Arab Nationals.
  • Strong (Minimum 6 - 12+ years ) experience in Litigation , Disputes Resolutions , Drafting

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Conduct Litigation and Corporate functions, and attract clients and gain new business.
  2. Grow up the branch, attract and gain new clients and matters to the company. Furthermore, maintain the existing clients.
  3. Assign and distribute matters among the divisions’ team.
  4. Monitor and control the work quality and progress inside the division and ensure matters are completed at or ahead of schedule, costs are managed to budget, and client expectations are exceeded.
  5. Approve the matter strategy and monitor the progress of the matter.
  6. Proactively seek/create opportunities to participate in client interactions to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction is achieved and ensure solving all complains that may raise from the team (internal) and / or clients (external) as well
  7. Identify the branch targets and formulate the Operational Plans
  8. Ensure the achievement of the branch KPIs, targets, and the related operational plans.
  9. Propose and discuss the branch budget, manpower, and training needs with management for approval in coordination with Accounting and HR
  10. Discuss the financial invoices with management and ensure that the bills are collected from the clients, take action in case of non - payment.
  11. Ensure project deliverables meet and/or exceed client expectations
  12. Develop proposals for new/follow-on business growth.
  13. Understands customer payment process and key internal stakeholders to facilitate timely Accounts Receivable/collections.
  14. Study and prepare precedents and judicial decisions, appropriate laws, legal articles and other materials that may be relevant Working on the reassignment of the matters between the team
  15. Coordinate with the team in relation to the vacation, handover and liaise for the attendance of the team training session\ events.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law, Master degree is preferable
