JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Demand Planner will supervise the movement, distribution and storage of products. They are tasked with analyzing budgets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a monthly demand planning exercise with all customers and translate the demand plan into a supply plan per supplier
• Place orders with suppliers as per supply plan, paying attention to lead time, supply constraints and logistics/shipping constraints
• Supervise, warehouse,
• Organize warehouse, label goods.
• Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements
• Analyzing operations to find ways to reduce risk
• Analyze costs across many different areas of the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes
• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Manage operation regarding stocks, transfer Qty., between CJ & PRTK

QUALIFICATIONS and Skills:

• (4-5) years of related experience.
• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytics tools knowledge is a plus

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business or related field required.

EXPERIENCE:

• SAP System solid experience.
