Costing & Inventory Controller Closed

Our Client , A leading Regional F&B Company based in Amman (An Exclusive Franchisee ) , is looking for Costing & Inventory Controller to be based in Amman -Jordan and reports to Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to ensure that they are accurate and timely from and to all external and/or internal operations
2. Monitor internal and external warehouse movement for accuracy and cost effectiveness as directed by top management.
3. Work closely with and provide guidance to the Inventory Specialist team in regards to data collection, data analytics and report development
4. Develop and supply strategic reporting to the Operations management team including quarterly summaries, monthly trends, week over week analysis and daily reporting
5. Develop trend reporting on top offenders in all functions of the warehouse for inventory inaccuracies to help operations leadership in seek to understand conversations
6. Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and supply possible solutions to increase accuracy and efficiency
7. Develop and drive departmental and organizational goals through data analysis with the ability to speak to multiple levels of the business
8. Daily reporting on variance trends
9. Quarterly, Monthly, and weekly summaries of inventory adjustments including true write offs, variance bucket trending and monetary value trends
10. Lead all inventory audits on site with external and internal auditors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, master degree is a significant plus.
2. Minimum 7-8 years of accounting experience .
3. Certificates are mandatory : CPA, CMA, ….ect
4. Advance skills using excel
