Our Client , A leading Company in Jordan , is looking for Sales & Marketing Manager to be based in KSA – Riyadh and reports to KSA Country Manager 

 

Main Purpose of the Role :

 

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all sales and marketing operations for the organization.

The duties include drafting sales reports, meeting sales targets, and calculating sales profit for products and service

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and managing the company’s sales strategy.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Developing and promoting monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products and services.
  • Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
  • Managing the sales and marketing personnel to meet the company’s objectives and most importantly, sales targets.
  • Lead and accelerate company's growth and success.
  • Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities.
  • Acquire new customers and manage client relationships, new and existing.
  • Monitor performance of sales and marketing activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Manage clients’ contracts; pricing, negotiation and legal compliance.
  • Manage and track expenditures, financial goals, and budgets.

 

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in sales in a similar industry preferred with at least 10

years’ total work experience.
