Job Profile

 The sales manager is responsible for leading the sales department and team to reach the allocated targets. The sales manager is also tasked with training team members, hiring, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. The sales manager is also expected to design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

 Responsibilities

-         Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.

-         Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

-         Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence across all industry sectors – Office, Healthcare, and Education.

-         Build strong relationships with Architects and Designers and Contractors.

-         Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

-         Actively monitoring and participating in private and public project tenders.

-         Assess working policies and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.

-         Develop individual quotas and assign sales groups and territories for team members.

-         Present sales achievement reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

-         Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

-         Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

-         Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Acquire a minimum amount of new clients from the allocated target sectors.

Client retention

Maintain a high client retention rate through excellent customer service and relationship building.

Visit key clients regularly, share visit reports, and follow-up on meeting feedback.

Client database

Manage client database on the company’s ERP system – Leads, Opportunities, Prospects, Customers, and Contacts.

Ensure all client information is up-to-date on company’s ERP system.

Event hosting

Actively leading initiatives in hosting prospects and key clients in the showroom to showcase and explain about our product offering.

Host a minimum amount of designers, prospective and key clients in the showroom to present and showcase product offering.

Documentation handling

Handling all sales documentations as per set SOPs.

Ensure all sales documentations are handled as per set SOPs.

Feedback and development

Gather and analyze client and market feedback to introduce trending opportunities and improvements in products and services.

Report market feedback and propose improvements to company products and service offerings.

Training

Attend and present product training sessions and workshops to stay updated and informed on product developments.

Attend product training and present a minimum amount of product sessions internally to stay updated on product developments.

Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and share regular sales reports.

Submit monthly sales reports in agreed templates in a timely manner.

 

Job Offering

Basic Monthly Salary 2,000.00 JODs + Sales achievement bonus
