Our client ,  one of the fastest growing Local Qatari Manufacturing Companies is looking for Sales Engineer  to be based in Doha – Qatar

 

Basic Function: As sales Engineer  your main task is to translate into outputs the goals and plans of the organization by  developing repeat business relationships in existing accounts and opening new business. You will be the account officer of the company for the clients to answer queries, address concerns, and create opportunities as needed. You will also be responsible for calling on engineers, maintenance, purchasing and others using your consultative selling approach to learn about your customers' applications and needs and endorsed our solutions and products accordingly.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

Work activities typically involve:

 

  1. To understand and follow the principles, regulation and the values of the company.
  2. To receive, understand and act according in management’s instruction, giving tasks, target and timeline.
  3. Manages reporting and data organization for all sales and marketing  activities
  4. Serves as the client key account contact to assure client needs whether technical or commercial is met and suggest appropriate products/services as per the requirement. Ability to do basic technical discussions and product orientation to clients
  5. Identify new market leads and collaborate with the business development head.
  6. Expanding the client contact data and brand awareness of Alteqania bolts factory in the local and regional market scene through client visits, execution of  customer relations etc.
  7. Secure and renew existing business relationships
  8. Standardizes sales functions such as quoting and contract strategy, leverages best practices and conducts costs structure comparison between historical and current proposals.
  9. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs by Managing and interpreting legal authority policies and industry standard practices on a client- supplier level.
  10. Attends customer meetings/conferences and handles mid to low-level issues and negotiations
  11. Gives high-level presentations to customers and creates sales presentations in support of leadership
  12. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  13. Other related tasks as per management directives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. BS Industrial Engineering Or Equivalent
  2. Has Depth Knowledge and Relationship With The Top Industry Supply Chain
  3. Knowledge In Steel Industry
  4. Experience In Marketing, Sales Strategy Implementation
  5. Ability To Create New Connections, Contacts And Business Leads
  6. Ability To Maintain Business Relationship Professionally
