Our client is a leading Jordanian company aims to provide cold and hot foods and beverages effortlessly, tastefully and hygienically through the highest-end Italian and Spanish manufactured vending machines, is looking for Sales Development Coordinator to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to AGM (Assistant General Manager)

We are looking to hire Sales Development Coordinator to support our existing client relationships and to help enhancing our services across vending and coffee machine locations.

Main responsibilities :

• Regular coordination and follow-up with current clients
• Handling complaints and ensuring timely resolutions
• Proposing and supporting small service/machine improvements at client sites
• Collecting and tracking client feedback to identify development opportunities
• Ensuring smooth communication between clients and our operations/technical teams
• Analyzing reports related to product movement in vending machines

Preferred Background: Ideally, candidates should have experience in hospitality, airlines, hotels, or similar service-oriented industries.

We are looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and proactive—preferably with a background in customer care or service coordination.
