Job Summary :
Oversees daily operations, staff, quality, and financials for dining outlets, focusing on guest satisfaction, menu, inventory, scheduling, and adhering to standards, with roles found in hotels (Marriott, Rotana) and independent venues, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and F&B expertise in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manage daily activities, ensuring high standards for food/beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate F&B staff (waiters, bartenders, kitchen).
Customer Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain a positive ambiance.
Financials: Control costs, manage budgets, track sales, and handle inventory/ordering.
Menu & Marketing: Develop menus, implement promotions, and align with market trends.
Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
