Recruitment Manager

Reports To: Deputy CEO
Position Location: Dubai, U.A.E

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Define, evaluate, implement and improve Recruitment policies and procedures
  2. Drive and direct all recruitment efforts to fill all open positions across the organization
  3. Oversee the entire interview process
  4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
  5. Request and/or conduct any required tests needed for hire (language, background, etc.)
  6. Interact with candidates and respond to initial queries, including meeting candidates on interview days and ensuring they have brought all the necessary documentation
  7. Coordinate candidate progress through interview process
  8. Represent our company and brand in a positive manner to candidates at all times
  9. Conduct regular calibration sessions between Operations and Recruitment to align and standardize evaluations and expectations for recruitment requests
  10. Prepare accurate and timely Recruitment-related reports for company management, including any market trends as observed through the recruitment process
  11. Oversee and manage Recruitment team to achieve functional objectives, including devising and monitoring goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  12. Manage recruitment databases and monitor data quality of recruitment information
  13. Provide cross functional support to other business departments as required, including assisting HR on candidate onboarding
  14. Organize, update and act as custodian of interview assessment sheets, interview scripts and other Recruitment-related knowledge
  15. Ensure compliance with fair employment laws and practices


Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:

  1. University degree in Human Resource Management or similar required
  2. At least five years of recruitment experience, including managing recruiters for multiple project recruitment requirements and both high volume and senior hire recruiting experience
  3. Extensive knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines; familiarity with modern recruitment software is a plus (e.g. Workable, Recruitee)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills (English required and bilingual English/Arabic strongly preferred)
  5. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
