Job Summary:

Projects Sales Manager is responsible for the development of the projects sales sector. Achieving the required sales targets. Selling solutions and services that meet the needs of the market and customers.

This role requires the ability to understand project requirements and provide appropriate solutions to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1) Introducing the products of the Company, registering and describing them to all consulting companies, governmental, semi-governmental and private bodies.

2) Communicate with existing and prospective customers and work to attract new customers to the company, analyze competitors, monitor and follow up the performance of the markets, follow up on delivery procedures and resolve Customer problem, follow-up of the market need for paints, study and modification of the objectives in line with the requirements of the customers, follow-up of customer feedback in products.

3) Intensifying periodic visits to all governmental, semi-governmental and private projects and agencies and making a weekly report on visits, follow-ups and achievements.

4) Monitors the volume of sales of competitors' projects, their prices and the multiplicity of their items, and sets a permanent perception with the management and develops promotional and marketing perceptions in cooperation with Marketing Department.

5) After setting the sales goal by the management work is done to achieve it, following up what is necessary, and coordinating with all departments to overcome all obstacles to achieve the goals.

6) Supervising the employees of the sales department of the project and directing them to achieve the required sales targets.

7) Preparing plans to achieve sales targets   and determining the required products to achieve sales goals.

8)Continuous sales follow-up, analysis of the continuous balance between demand and supply of products, preparation of analytical sales reports, current returns, prospects and plans. analyzes the resulting deviations and finds solutions and alternatives to increase sales and contribute to raising the company's profits.

9) At the end of each week, the weekly report shall be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer for review, provided that the weekly report includes sales, completes and visits.

10) Any developments or other requirements from the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree [appropriate field, such as business administration, engineering].

• Previous experience in project sales management, preferably in paints. Ideal candidate should have good experience / Exposure in KSA and particularly in Riyadh.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
