Our Client , Jordan's largest support services provider, offering fully integrated support services to almost all sectors across the Kingdom, is looking for Production Manager for their state of the art new Ready Meals Factory in Jordan to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to Factory Manager

overseeing the day-to-day operations at food processing industries to ensure optimal product quality and maximum profit for company management.

  • Only Jordanian Candidates to Apply .
  • Strong Food Production Experience regionally , minimum 15+ years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, or manufacturing engineering, or in a similar discipline.
  • Leadership Skill: skilled in directing and coordinating the activities of food production personnel to ensure efficient operations
  • Time-management Skill:  able to achieve production targets within set timeframe
  • Decision-making Skill: adept to taking key production decisions to ensure manufacture of high quality products.

 

Duties :

  • overseeing the day-to-day operations at food processing industries to ensure optimal product quality and maximum profit for company management.
  • direct and supervise the activities of food production staff.
  • set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high quality food products.
  • oversee the hiring, orientation and training of technical and non-technical food manufacturing personnel.
  • assign roles to production staff according to their competence and work demand.
  • motivate and supervise work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
  •  liaise with the sales and marketing department to develop and implement strategies for driving sales of newly introduced or seasonal products.
  • conduct surveys to identify clients’ needs and adjust accordingly to ensure those needs are met.
  • carrying out forecast to discover potential risks and possible problems before a initiating a project.
  •  set and enforce health/safety procedures and guidelines for operation.
  • collaborate with the quality department to monitor the various aspects of food processing to ensure final product meets set specifications.
  • prepare and present periodic reports to update company management on food production operations.
