Our client , a leading Industrial Company in Kuwait , is looking to hire Production Engineer    to be based in Kuwait

 

  • With minimum relevant 5 years’ work experience in Manufacturing Company
  •  Preferably a Mechanical Engineer Graduate or any related Engineering course
  • Male or Female

Job Responsibilities:

 

  1. Ensure product quality, low operating cost, production goal attainment and improved quality of work which included work environment, health and safety and employee morale.
  2. Responsible for Production planning and machine set up for all the machines.
  3. To analyze the problems occurring during production of parts and analyzing the production data to calculate the efficiency of machines.
  4. Preparing Production reports with input, output & dispatch details.
  5. Troubleshooting of problems during processing of materials.
  6. Maintaining the maintenance records of machines and utilities and supervise maintenance activities on machines.
  7. Maintaining all plant equipment in good working condition.
  8. Involving in installation, commissioning and start-up of new machineries and utilities.
  9. Responsible for achieving immediate and short-term objectives lay down by the Production Director/Management.
  10. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  11. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  12. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  13. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
  14. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
  15. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  16. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
