Our Client , A leading Bank in Jordan , Is looking for Product Manager  : Personal Loans, Auto Loans , Housing Loans  and Current Accounts & Savings Reporting to Marketing and Product Development Manager

 

Requirements :

 

1.    University degree in marketing, finance or any other specialty.
2.    At least 8 years of experience in marketing and product development, out of which at least 3 years in supervisory role. coming from Banking , FMCG , Pharma , Consumer Lectronics and other industries .
3.    Excellent Command of English. 
4.    Ability to travel and solve problems. 
5.    Strategic Planning Capacity.
 
Responsibilities :
 
1.    Experience in team leadership and goal setting and management
2.    Develop and implement strategic plans for the product
3.    Products / services / products / services designed to meet the needs of the customers.
4.    Market relevance and meet the desired objectives of the product level. 
5.    Involved into a market and competitive sectors
6.    The ability to study how to put the competing market for the product and compare it with ours, in addition to the edge of the market. 
7.    Study the product data and the needs and trends of the product in order to increase the product's efficiency.
8.    Review the products  periodically  in terms of availability and comparison with the market to define development areas
9.    Ensure that the Products meet their stated objectives and increase their profitability.
10.  Increasing the productivity of the product through the re-examination of the subjects and mullet / preparation of advertising materials / programs of the state
11.  Experience in the aspects of branding and promotion of the product, designing promotional products and plans, adapting the plan, designing, designing the product related plans, and adapting the advertising campaigns and the special needs of the specialized supplier to the product.
12.  Experience in developing new products and tracking their performance.
13.  Ability to innovate, marketing and continuous development of products and services
