Our Client , a fast growing International Company , is looking for Marketing Specialist - Influencer Marketing to be based in Amman – Jordan

The Marketing Specialist will work on executing B2C marketing plans designed to drive consumer interest, awareness and conversion within key customers. The role will also be required to design national or regional strategies to drive consumer interest within key customer accounts and will play an instrumental, game-shaping role in developing strategic programs and innovative tactics to grow the business and our products accordingly.

Main Tasks :

  • Develop and implement B2C strategies + business plans to drive long and short term growth within consumer marketing
  • Implement consumer marketing campaigns and programs
  • Enhance consumer experience from A-Z.
  • Synthesize and communicate impactful macro trends and insights to influence long and short term business plans
  • Partner closely with sales and professional marketing teams to understand customer insights, business challenges and co-create strategies designed to fuel customer growth
  • Manage, measure and optimize campaign performance while maximizing program budgets
  • Ensure best practice and innovation in all activities; ensure knowledge sharing across capabilities and teams
  • Enable work efforts of the team to ensure integration and completion of work against expectations.
  • Run experiments on all digital platforms to drive growth of our products.
  • Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Implement robust user acquisition campaigns using all digital marketing channels as well as third-party technologies and platforms.
  • Understand and leverage data and products of high-scale platforms.
  • Help establish growth and customer acquisition metrics
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimized spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and optimize growth strategy.
  • Understand direct-response marketing best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or an MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing, digital marketing, marketing hacker experience (Experience and impact in an SME is a plus)
  • Knowledge in (Social Media Marketing, SEM (Google Adwords + Google Analytics Certified) , SEO, PPC, Email & Mobile Marketing, Market Research, Marketing Strategy, Reporting & Data Analysis)
  • Supervision of execution of marketing team (Optimizing campaigns, Maximizing budget efficiency & Implementing marketing strategies)
  • A strong foundation in consumer marketing – Big picture orientation with strategic thinking skills designed to fuel growth
  • Marketing Program Customization: Ability to customize, communicate and apply marketing programs based on the specific needs of a specific customer
  • Creative Brief Development: Knowledge and expertise of the creative brief development and evaluation process
  • Marketing Concepts: Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts used in development of marketing plans
  • Brand Marketing Strategy: Knowledge of information used to define brand strategies and development of business solutions for local market activation
  • Consumer Media: Expert in understanding consumer media strategies across all channels with an ability to ladder up to strategic level and tactical level as needed in order to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Stellar communication skills with a high level of integrity and self-motivation.
  • Strong project management and performance management skills – you are crystal clear when it comes to delegating and providing feedback.
