Our Client , A leading Retail & Trading Company in Jordan , is looking for Marketing Manager  to be based in Amman - Jordan and reports to GM

job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Responsibilities for Marketing Manager

1. Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
2. Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
3. Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
4. Participate  with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
5. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
6. Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

Qualifications for Marketing Manager

1. Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
2. Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
3. Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
4. Strong project management skills
5. Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
6. Ability to travel as necessary
7. English proficiency.
8. With  Ecommerce experience in Retail and trading companies .
9. We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in marketing, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar,
