Key Responsibilities

Manage local marketing teams and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including user growth initiatives, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends and user preferences to provide actionable insights for product strategies and functional enhancements.
Conduct in-depth research on user behavior and needs, gathering feedback through data analysis and interviews to generate insightful reports.
Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through effective online and offline activities while evaluating their success.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement new operational and activity strategies, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sociology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in user research, market surveys, or related fields.
Communication: Strong presentation and collaboration skills to effectively convey insights and work within a team.
Languages: Native proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends and user feedback to drive data-supported decisions.
