Our Client , a leading UAE law firm, having offices in Dubai , Abu Dhabi , Muscat and Amman Covering MENA and provide local, regional and international clients with a full business law services, is looking for Marketing & Business Development Specialist ( M&BDS) to be based in Amman – Jordan

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in formulating a detailed geographical and functional market research and competitor’s analysis to identify new business opportunities and engage with management to establish marketing strategies for the company including all the branches in order to pursuing those new opportunities in align with the company overall strategy.

 

  1. Assist in developing the company brand and enhance the company image and positioning in the market
  1. Conduct research to identify new markets, segments, areas of experience and client’s needs.
  1. Assist in promoting the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  1. Developing an understanding of client’s business and provide solutions for business development.

 

  1. Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.

 

  1. Market the company through social media based on a structured media plan.

 

  1. Create and send email alerts/events invites/newsletters. Monitor the results and export reports.

 

  1. Develop CRM plans alongside the company overall strategy.

 

  1. Search for global and regional legal awards to participate in and prepare all the materials related to participate.

 

  1. Maintaining deal databases and recording matters for precedent, marketing, and business development purposes.
  1. Coordinating the scheduling and submission of numerous league tables, legal directories, awards and related industry guides (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR, LPC).
  1. Updating print and digital marketing materials to ensure content reflects the substantive strengths, accomplishments and current activities of the firm and the various corporate practice groups.
  1. Assisting with content development for presentations, proposals, and pitch materials. Take charge of and manage preparation and submission of proposal for RFPs.

 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing and Business Development role, preferable in legal industry

 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business administration, Master’s degree is preferable.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Technical Competences:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practice
  • Understanding of the legal sector or professional services experience
  • Proven track record of running social media campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and running marketing campaigns
  • Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of the following platforms is useful: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Energetic and self-starter
