Our Client , a leading UAE law firm, having offices in Dubai , Abu Dhabi , Muscat and Amman Covering MENA and provide local, regional and international clients with a full business law services, is looking for Marketing & Business Development Manager ( M&BDM) to be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai

 

  • Previous experience in a legal professional firms is a must.

Responsibilities:

  1. Function as the head of Marketing managing daily activities of the Group Marketing while defining the company’s overall Markets (Business Development, Marketing and Social Media) strategy.
  2. Develop a growth Marketing & Business Development strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  1. Introduce agile development processes into company's entire development portfolio resulting in increased visibility to business management.
  2. Developing an understanding of client’s business and provide solutions for business development.
  1. Conduct research to identify new markets and client’s needs.
  2. Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  1. Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
  2. Ability to manage within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction.
  3. Ensured operations are optimized to maintain and enhance operations with respect to performance management.
  4. Market the company through social media based on a structured media plan.

 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Marketing and Business Development role, preferable in legal industry

 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business administration, Master’s degree is preferable.

  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
