Our Client , A leading Company in Jordan , is looking for KSA Country Manager to be based in KSA – Riyadh and reports to CEO
Main Purpose of the Role :
Country Manager will support the CEO by overseeing the company’s operations and ensuring execution of set plans to meet company’s strategic goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Overall management of company’s activities and performance.
- Analyze, periodically report on, and improve company’s performance.
- Build and maintain professional relations with both existing and potential clients.
- Ensure all departments are executing set business plans to meet their targets and overall company’s targets.
- Analyze local market and client needs to ensure sales growth.
- Periodical reporting on company’s status and growth
- Ensure company’s compliance to all applicable laws and legislations.
Suitable candidate should be:
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia or was recently residing in KSA (preferably an Arab nationality).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a well-established company and at least 10 years total experience.
- BPO and contact center outsourcing industry is a plus.
- COPC & Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia’s market.
