Our Client , a leading International hospitality and restaurants operator (mainly in Airports)  , is looking for Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to be based in Amman - Jordan 


Requirements of the job :


University degree or above, at least 7 years relevant experience as HR Manager or HRBP, excellent command of English, MS Office skills, high communication skills knowledge local labour law.

Responsible for planning the labor force, recruitments, increasing the motivation and productivity, paying the wages, carrying out the performance assessment system and, planning and executing the training activities. 


Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Planning the hiring process based on the temporary/permanent staff determined at the budgeting stage.
  2. Making salary payments on time and correctly.
  3. Systematically measuring all personnel’s performances at certain periods.
  4. Fulfilling every kind of legal obligation stated in the country’s Labor Law.
  5. Prioritizing events that will increase our employees’ work commitment, satisfaction, and motivation.
  6. Organizing trainings that will contribute to the hired personnel’s career development, as well as to other aspects such as adaptation, orientation, etc.
