Our client , a leading Industrial Company in Kuwait , is looking to hire HR Assistant    to be based in Kuwait

  • With minimum  relevant 3 years work experience
  •  Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource
  • Male or Female

Job Responsibilities:

 

  1. The human resources assistant will support the department by updating personal database, confirming all new hire paper work is correct, assisting employees with human resources related issues, and other task as assigned. 
  2. Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
  3. Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
  4. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, , supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  5. Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
  6. Assist in Compensation and benefits, Payroll and Employee Discipline
  7. Assist with new employee orientation process
  8. Provide evaluation support
  9. Filing and updates the 201file of each employee and other documents;
  10. Maintain and updates employee records on ERP;
  11. Safekeeping and monitors all the company confidential files/documents;
  12. Recruiting, staffing and compliance to regulatory concerns;
  13. Performance management and improvement systems; (PMS or Performance Management System) employee orientation, development, and training; (which includes Program/Induction for new hire)
  14. Employee relations; ( written complaints, Investigations and Disciplinary Actions, resolving workplace issues)
  15. Company-wide committee; (events, etc)
  16. Compensation and benefits administration; (which includes payroll, health card, loan, CA, leave benefit )
  17. Employee welfare, wellness and health; (resignation letter, pass the hat etc)
