Our Client; A leading Automotive Company in Iraq, is looking for HR & Admin Manager to be based in Baghdad and reports to GM.

We need HR and Admin Manager! One of the main duties of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the enterprise’s administrative activities through office and facility management, staff development, and technical support. We need a person who will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative processes, such as payroll supervision, benefits administration, recruitment procedures, employee relations, and onboarding processes. Will also be expected to monitor proper organizational and HR policy implementation to ensure the company’s compliance with local employment law.

The best experts in this field display initiative and strong leadership skills and are highly organized. Need to work closely with all departments to secure the efficient and timely implementation of HR practices in accordance with the company’s ethos.

Responsibilities: Duties include but not limited to

  • Oversee all employee-related practices, such as recruitment, termination, benefits and retirement plans, and employee relations and solve potential issues associated with them.
  • Conceive and implement a professional HR development plan to ensure high productivity and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their proper implementation in the company’s practices.
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees.
  • Draft and maintain HR paperwork and keep track of data entry using HRIS.
  • Recommend improvements to policies and practices to make sure the HR department operates as per industry standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Management and Administration or other relevant corporate or business setting, such as Personnel or Organizational Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Management, Business Management, or related field
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software such as HRMS/HRIS
  • Proven management and organizational skills and the ability to foster relationships cross-departmentally
  • Familiarity with local Iraqi employment regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SHPR/SHRM-SCP certification is strongly preferred
