Our Client , A leading Business Group in Jordan , with Industrial and Retail arms , is looking for Group CEO to be based in Amman - Jordan and reports to BOD.
With the impending Departure of our Client’s CEO to be the Chairman of BOD; they are looking for a dynamic person to continue to build on their achievements, someone who is eager to develop the Organisation for a sustainable future. He will be supported by a staff team who are both committed and professional.
The new CEO will be managing the organisation in all the three business arms . He will ensure good governance with priorities and to meet market demand as appropriate.
The new CEO has to already have considerable experience in FMCG, Food Production and Retail sectors. Strategic business insight to maintain the Organization’s ongoing success and sustainability . Energetic, Curious, and forward thinking. Having excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships and networks. The ability to inspire others to support the philosophy and mission of the Organisation.
