Our Client , a leading Mobile Payments Service provider in Jordan , is looking for General Manager (GM)

Purpose of the Role :

Responsible for managing and leading the Company to be the biggest Mobile Financial Services provider in the Market

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and lead the company Staff
2. Own the strategy formulation and deliver
3. Handle and prepare the financial records of the company
4. Represent the company and the brand
5. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
6. Take hold of market opportunities
7. Ensure the smooth running of daily operations
8. Protect shareholder interests

Requirements :

• Education:     Bachelor Degree     in Business Administration, marketing, or any related field 
• Work Experience: a minimum of 8 to 10 years
• Certificates: Masters, MBA, or PhD is advantageous

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge Of & experience in:

• Technology trends and systems worldwide
• Financial or ICT, having both disciplines is advantages
• People management
• Management of 3^rd party distribution channels
• Compliance and risk management
• Market and telecom knowledge
