A leading Automotive Company in Jordan is looking for Finance Manager reporting to CEO and to be bases in Amman - Jordan .

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certifications CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable.

Experience:

Extensive experience (typically 5-10 years) in finance management, including roles such as financial analyst, senior accountant, or finance director.

Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

Proven track record of managing financial strategies and driving financial performance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software).

Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

Experience with financial forecasting and risk management.

Leadership and Management:

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team.

Experience in strategic planning and decision-making at a senior level.
