Our Client , Jordan's largest support services provider, offering fully integrated support services to almost all sectors across the Kingdom, is looking for Factory Manager (Chief Operating Officer  ) for their state of the art new Ready Meals Factory in Jordan to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to CEO

Fully responsible for production activities & Quality, Food Safety ,Supply Chain and Logistics & Environments - Management Representatives.

• Strong Food Production and F & B experience , minimum 15+ years .
• Able to set and monitor the Factory strategic objectives and plans to ensure the achievement of such objectives in timely and efficiently manner .
• Able to identify areas of strength and weakness and implement company policies, standards, changes in operation, and systems that optimizes utilization.
• Assist in identify risks that affect the establishment and participate in place proper action plans to eliminate it
• Fully responsible for production activities & Quality, Food Safety ,Supply Chain and Logistics & Environments .
• Excellent Communication Skills .
• Leadership Skills.
