Food and Beverage (F & B),

Our Client , a leading International hospitality and restaurants operator (mainly in Airports)  , is looking for F&B Manager   to be based in Amman - Jordan

Requirements of the job :

Preferably University degree (Tourism, Business School etc.), at least 10 years relevant experience, good command of English, MS Office skills, high communication skills.

Ensuring that sales and services are carried out at all units in accordance with the respective standards providing customer satisfaction. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Making plans and taking decisions in order to ensure that the F&B operations of the department are seamlessly carried out in accordance with the respective procedures and instructions;
2. Sharing his/her demands and requests for new products according to seasonal changes and menu changes with the Central Operations Manager
3. Participating in efforts for concept development
4. Making decision for the selection of commercial products sold to units other than concept stores and brands.
5. Developing methods to increase sales
