Our Client ; A leading company in KSA , is looking for Director of Maintenance / VP Service Centres to be based in Riyadh and reports to CEO.
The post can be located eaither in Riyadh or Jadadh
Job Objectives :
Achieving goals, vision and strategies in maintenance, raising the level of service and quality provided, developing workflows in maintenance centers and practices, and ensuring compliance internal work procedures.
Responsibilities :
1.Conducting inspections of maintenance centers.
2. Supervising maintenance centers and mobile ones, and ensuring the level of service.
3. Evaluate and monitor workloads, identify opportunities for improvement and development, and direct and implement changes.
4. Discussing objectives and facilitating communication and solving problems within the working group.
5. Preparing the required periodic reports and statistics.
6. Create and analyze performance indicators.
7. Providing advice and supporting reports to determine which vehicles are best for the facility's requirements.
8. Setting the budget for the maintenance department (manpower, equipment, new centers).
Job Functions
1.Develop work schedules and overtime assignments to meet operational requirements.
2. Ensure the provision of the necessary equipment to meet the needs of maintenance centers and mobile ones.
3. Determine the needs of manpower and equipment.
4. Conducting technical interviews and ensuring that the facility obtains the best competencies.
5. Determine and choose the locations of the maintenance centers according to the needs of the work and the objectives of the company.
6. Assist in setting standards for safety, quality and quantity of work, and monitor work in progress and completion date in order to adhere to standards.
7. Conducting periodic inspections of all maintenance centers.
8. Review the costs of maintenance centers and operational capacity.
9. Ensure that designated buildings, facilities and facilities are suitable for work requirements.
10. Ensure that all data for all maintenance centers and mobile ones are saved
Requirements of the Job :
Education Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
Organizational skills, development, effective communication, planning, analysis and management
Experiences 10 to 15 Years
