Our Client , A leading Company in Jordan , is looking for Deputy General Manager to be based in KSA – Riyadh and reports to CEO
Main Purpose of the Role :
To support the General Manager / CEO by overseeing the company’s operations and ensuring execution of set plans to meet strategic goals whether financial or operational and continuously plan to increase the company’s market share in the local market.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications : MBA, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any majors related to such position with
proven relevant experience preferably in the BPO and contact center outsourcing industry.
Training & Certification : Six Sigma, COPC, are preferred but not required
Minimum Experience : 10+ years of experience at least 2 years in a similar role
