Our Client , A leading Telecom Company in Jordan is looking for CFO to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to CEO
Senior executive responsible for managing the company's financial actions, strategic planning, and risk management to ensure long-term profitability and growth. Given the capital-intensive and rapidly evolving nature of telecom, this role emphasizes infrastructure investment, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives, including expansion initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Financial Control & Reporting: Supervise accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting to the board and external stakeholders.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Maintain liquidity and optimize fund utilization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local Jordanian regulations, tax laws, and IFRS standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with currency fluctuations, market competition, and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
• Digital Transformation & Efficiency: Lead financial digital transformation initiatives, including implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automating financial processes.
• Cost Management: Drive cost efficiency and business process improvements across departments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Certifications: Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
• Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a C-level or executive leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the telecom sector, technology, or large-scale corporate environments.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with high emotional intelligence.
• Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Location: Primarily Amman, Jordan.
