A leading Company In Jordan is looking for Deputy CEO, to be based in Jordan and reports to GM
Scientific and practical requirements : - Has Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline - Preferred have an (ICMP) certificate - Has at least 15 years experience as an administrative manager (including 10 years of experience in which he was responsible for 250+ employees) - He held the position of General Manager or Deputy General Manager in several leading companies - Has the skill to establish and define strategies, mission and conditions under the supervision of the Board of Directors - Has the skills of analysis and negotiation, decision-making, effective planning and time management - Has the ability to make speeches and make presentations that represent site affairs - Has skills in dealing with Microsoft programs and professional accounting programs - Has the skill to resolve internal and external conflicts
