Our Client , One of the leading online recruitment portals in the Middle East , is looking for Business Solutions Consultant to be based in Dubai – UAE and reporting to Sales Manager

Objective : Selling online subscription to employers and recruitment agencies


  • Initiate contact with target companies across the Middle East through phone and email
  • Attend meetings with decision-makers across the UAE and occasionally in other countries in the region
  • Understand client’s long-term staffing needs and compile custom solution proposals from Company’s suite of recruiting products
  • Send proposals to clients, persuasively communicating their suitability and negotiating with prospects on terms and pricing
  • Develop strong relationships with key members of the prospect organization
  • Persistently follow up on leads, including liaising with multiple stakeholders in HR, Finance,  Procurement and Top Management to close the sale Main Targets / KPIs


  1. At least 2 years of sales experience (‘Recruitment Consultant’ is considered sales, if had sales targets)
  2. Age below 35
  3. Evidence of career stability - History of staying at least 2 years in each job
  4. Professional, driven/hungry, goal-oriented, disciplined, warm/personable
  5. Holds a role in B2B sales
    (selling to businesses, not individuals)
  6.  Has sales targets & earns commission
  7. Role involves both face-to-face and  telephone sales, including cold-calling
  8. Evidence of high performance (e.g.  consistently met targets, ranked top of sales team, etc.)
  9. Fluent spoken and written English (with neutral accent)
  10. Arabic
  11. Experience in selling to both Western and Arabic clients
  12. Experience IN Job portal
