Our client , a prominent Business Group , is looking for Building Manager to be placed in Amman – Jordan
Overview
The position supports and assists in the management of the Building in accordance with the company policies, procedures and tenants agreements. The Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the facilities, including business development, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, construction, security, janitorial services, landscaping, etc. The Manager handles tenant complaints and service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. The Manager assists in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the Building. the main focus is the tenants relationship and support

Scope of Responsibility and Authority
Building Manager is charged with supporting efforts in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well- managed, well maintained building, placing maximum emphasis on positive responses to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs in coordination and conjunction with the company’s goals and objectives.
