Our Client , A leading innovator, developer, and provider of defense and aerospace products and services, is looking for Aviation Maintenance Planner And Maintenance Management Informationto be based in KSA

 

We need an aviation maintenance planner with MMIS expertise and some IT skills to implement and integrate our G21-MES system into our partner's systems for tracking every aspect of aircraft and parts data.

 

We're beginning a new project in Saudi Arabia and need an MMIS-skilled systems maintenance planner to stand up our MMIS system and oversee the upload and integration of all relevant aircraft maintenance and inventory data to ensure full system operability and capability when the first assigned aircraft arrive.

 

Your work will be spread across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia, working with cloud-based MMIS servers and in-country Saudi supply experts to install the system and populate the database.

 

Not only will you have a software responsibility, you'll also be responsible for the physical system set-up and connectivity as well. You must have maintenance planning experience and an information systems background to be able to apply systems analysis and design skills to support aircraft maintenance record keeping and operational analysis.

 

 You need to be comfortable with aircraft work processes, applicable regulations and technical manuals, work load, and commercial maintenance practices. You will also serve as the MMIS system admin to insure the system can meet all its deliverable requirements.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to plan and prepare production schedules and draw up master schedules to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet requirements. You will partner with the production supervision to plan and schedule workflow according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.

 

You will prepare production reports and analyses to meet the program's delivery requirements to the customer. Other duties include, but are not limited to, the ability to –

• Obtain proficient knowledge of the organization, direction, and requirements of the contract efforts and work closely with the maintenance leadership necessary to support the customer.

 • Work closely with PMO leadership team and pilot staff as required to address program deliverables (i.e. Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance, Quality/Compliance, Chief Pilot)

• Provide direct liaison support and maintain positive working relationships with US and Saudi colleagues.

 • Assure the optimum utilization of program resources.

• Maintain accurate records of program data, deliverable items, and material.

• Provide all levels of leadership the analytical reports and assessments necessary to ensure program success.

 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have:

 

At least four (4) Years’ experience in aircraft maintenance production planning, administration or analysis and with a thorough understanding of maintenance reporting and the supply-chain processes.

Experience working in the Middle Eastern region preferred.

Maintenance admin or analysis experience with demonstrated capability with G21-MES (preferred) or the equivalent service systems (e.g. NALCOMIS, CAMS, etc) required.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS HS diploma or equivalent required.
