 We are seeking a dynamic Aftersales Director for our client, a franchised importer synonymous with excellence in the automotive sector. This role presents an unparalleled opportunity for a strategic-minded professional to orchestrate and elevate aftersales operations, driving tangible business growth and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

As the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the service and parts departments across various locations. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth while upholding the brand's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service managers, parts managers, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize aftersales operations, including service processes, parts inventory management, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures to deliver exceptional service experiences to customers.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and development within the aftersales team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of at least 7 years in aftersales management within the automotive industry, with experience in premium brands.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• GCC Experience.

Salary range: AED65-75K
