Our Client , a leading International hospitality and restaurants operator (mainly in Airports) which is about to embark in mangling the food and beverage outlets in Queen Alia airport , is looking for Administrative Affairs officer   to be based in Amman - Jordan

Requirements of the job :

 

Preferably University degree, at least 5 years relevant experience, good command of English, MS Office skills, high communication skills.

 

Highlights of the Job Description

 

Following up the issuance and renewals of apron cards; monitors personnel uniform procedures, complaint boxes, ensuring the order of changing rooms, supporting the external procedures of the company and, responsible for following up the operation of services. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Representing the company during opening period and after in a professional manner in State Departments, Airport Authority, all bureaucratic procedures, intuitions and 3rd Parties.
  2. Following up all administrative, offices and outside affairs of the management, human resources, accounting and all other departments.
  3. Organizing and following up the procedures to take all legal permits to work in Airport.
  4. Organizing and checking the uniform quantities at year-end. To count the uniform on a monthly basis and, determining the orders for new uniforms
  5. Applying and following up all process in State departments to get necessary information, licenses, permissions, such as food safety, warehouse instructions, goods transfers and related topics.
