Our Client a leading multinational Business Group, is looking for , National Sales & Marketing Manager – Group Level to be based in Egypt and  Reports to GM – Commercial

Job Purpose :
·       To manage and coordinate the Sales Departments and Export Sales departments, of the Business Units worldwide.
To be responsible for establishing, evaluating and improving the Sales Strategies, prepared from GM Commercial along with the BoD, in all BUs markets in direct cooperation with the local BUs Sales Managers and General Managers, in order to increase Market share/ Sales/Profit.
To be responsible for establishing, evaluating and improving the Sales Strategies on all the Group Export departments, in direct cooperation with the local Export Sales Managers, in order to increase Market share/ Sales/Profit, in each and every Export market.

Qualifications /Requirements :

  1. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in managing and developing, in a Industrial Base Commercial - S&M department (preferably in a multinational environment), with a proven track record of achieving market share growth, profits and development of new markets.  √
  2. Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  3.  Proven experience in international markets, preferably in MENA, Europe and Caucuses regions.
  4. Written and verbal fluency in English – other UN languages, is a plus.
  5.  Computer Expert (Windows Office package), good working knowledge with CRM systems is a plus.
  6. Ability to engage, inspire and influence people, of different cultures.
  7.  Team player.
  8. Prompt.
  9. Customer service orientation.
  10. Ability to develop clear plans and Group strategies.
  11. Eager to deliver results.
  12. Project management skills.
