Our Client , a leading Libyan Business conglomerate , is looking for International Sales Manager

 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree, in business or equivalent
  • Five  years' experience in international sales or another relevant field
  • Strong understanding of global business & political landscape
  • Knowledge of international business  laws, procedures and standers

Duties and Tasks Details :

 

Strategic Tasks:

  1. Define and execute the international sale's vision and strategy
  2. Analysis the strengths weakness, opportunities and threat of international sales Department periodically

Technical and Operation Tasks:

  1. Developing and enhancing different creative international selling plans and programs and implementing them to step up the sales of all the commodities and services when they are set up in the company
  2. Displaying the commodities and effectivity of the services of the company to the international clients.
  3. Develop the breadth and depth of international sales within existing and future markets.
  4. Identify new commercial opportunities to increase revenues on a regional and global market.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous improvement
  6. Partnering with customers to understand their business objectives and maximize sales Performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner.
  7. Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice
  8. Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations
  9. Negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations (SRM).
  10. Maximizing company profit, set and deliver forecast, and achieve annual sales targets.
  11. Studying, examining and recognizing the proper associates of the commodities and services of the company in the geographic business retail trade stores
  12. Maintaining a good relations with international customers, and solve their problems that might be occur in the professional manner.
  13. Making sure that the sales operations are completed in agreement with the regulations and policies of the company

Managerial Tasks:

  1. Meeting with sales staff to follow up the work progress and discuss updates to take appropriate actions.
  2. Formulating the annual, half yearly, monthly and daily reports of the sales profits of the company
  3. Oversee the development of existing and new employee, identify training needs and evaluate training results.
  4. Follow up Employee’s leaves , vacation, retirement in coordination with the Human Resources Department

  6. Appointing a deputy in case of his absence, if necessary
