Our Client a leading multinational Business Group, is looking for , HR Operations Manager to be based in Cairo -  Egypt
 
Job Purpose :

The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource Management activities for Egypt office and manage day to day operations to maximize the strategic use of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities / Major Activities :

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  4. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  5. Work closely with the business leaders, employees and HR team across all location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, process, or policies.
  6. Oversees the implementation of all HR Processes’ and provide support and following up with Business leader and ensure it is properly implemented.
  7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  8. Nurture a positive working environment
  9. Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies, and adherence to compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
  10. Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
  11. Provide guidance and coach employees regarding HR programs, practices and procedures
  12. Participate to employees’ grievances and any related investigation by meeting the concerned people and establishing conclusions/action plans to be taken.
  13. Responsible for recruitment and on boarding, this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, sourcing candidates, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and conduct background checking.
  14. Ensure that new employee will have a proper and smooth on-boarding and orientation.
  15. Oversees, updating, and maintaining the human resource database (HRMS). Ensures that system records are accurately recorded, cross-checked and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business/Human Resources, Law or Industrial Engineering is a must. Master degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources as HR Manager in a comparable business organizations (preferably in a multinational environment)
  3. Knowledge and experience managing a broad range of HR issues including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning and change management.
  4.  Communication and interpersonal Skills - Written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic
  5.  Computer literacy (Windows Office package) expert knowledge in HRMS and ERP Systems.
  6. Thorough knowledge in Egypt labour laws and regulations
  7. Good relationship in all Government departments in Egypt
  8. Experience in formulation and implementation of Policies & Procedures
  9. Project Management
  10. Team Player and Strong Collaborative Style
  11. Organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results that meet deadlines and schedules.
  12. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
