Our Client , a leading bank in Jordan is looking for Head of Organizational Structure , Policies & Procedures and Process Reengineering  reports to COO – Chief Operating Officer

• Reviewing processes and systems for adequate management controls, efficiency, and compliance with policies, regulations, standards, and accounting principles, and made recommendations when necessary.
• Managing the reengineering process and pinpointing the organizational structures to meet strategic and operating goals. –
• Addressing current business process and proposing harmonization and optimization.
• Managing and Contributing in studying the outsourcing of different types of operations, and prepare feasibility studies to ensure that the execution of operations are cost effective, well organized, and meets customer expectations.
• Review Standing Operating Procedures for all areas of the bank.
• Formulate and finalize Service Level Agreements with both suppliers and customers. –
• Contributing in writing informative job descriptions.
• Participate in the core banking system project as a prominent member of the change management wave.
• Providing subjective and independent opinion to the executive management about different projects and controversial issues.
