Our Client , A leading Bank in Jordan , is looking for Head of Branch Network and Operation , to be based in Amman – Jordan

 

Main Responsibilities

–    Leverage the advantages of bringing together the operational expertise and drive through more efficient ways of working for designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures of branches

–    Contribute to the development of business strategy and providing a view on potential improvements for products or services and assessment of the          existing situation and anticipated changes in the external environment

–    Work closely with Senior management in implementing retail banking strategies and executing the set targets for branches

–    Work closely with all department as a coordinator between the management and Branch Managers

–    Assist the management in development and implement of the Bank Target and operation strategy.

–    Assist branches’ operations target and business plan to ensure all the branches achieve target.

–    Supervise and monitor the branch’s P & L

–    Monitoring the establishment of new branch offices.

–    Participate in recruitment process of new staff for new branches as a panel member and work closely with HR Dept; and L &D team for orientation and OJT.

–    Coordinate and advise training courses for retail banking business

–    Coordinate and work closely with Finance Dept; and Currency Dept; for fund management and disbursement plan.

–    Supervise and monitor for service quality and sustainable growth for customers of all respective branches.

–    Manage and responsible for banking operation of the branches

–    Supervise and monitor for NPL and potential NPL.

–    Performing any other responsibilities on assigned.

Job Requirements

–    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields (Master degree or MBA preferred)

–    Any Gender with age 30 – 50

–    At least 8-10 years of banking experiences with at least 3 years of experience in Retail and branch banking

–    Experience as a Regional or Area manager in Banking is a plus

–    Good communication in English is a must

–    Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Power Points and Word skills

–    Excellent in interpersonal and negotiation skills with able to communicate with personnel across the organization

–    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple-tasks with minimum supervision
