Our Client , A leading Business Group  in Qatar , is looking for Group Human Resources Director , to be based in Doha – Qatar

 

As Group Human Resources Director you will develop business and people strategies to advance our mission, principles, and growth, helping to create the company's culture and own the full lifecycle of our people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Think strategically and outside of the box to create programs that help the company to gain a competitive advantage while also fostering the professional development of its people.
  • Participate in strategic planning by partnering with the leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Improve processes and systems to ensure every aspect of the employee lifecycle is optimized.
  • Develop an employee communications strategy, forum and cadence to ensure alignment with the vision, mission and evolving culture to ensure employees feel a strong sense of connection.
  • You will partner with leaders to ensure fair, equitable and inclusive treatment of our Team Members. You will establish policies and best practices for the organization
  • Review, develop, and implement the best HR strategies and initiatives while aligning the various teams with the Company's purpose and values.
  • Partner with our leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies focused on the Team Member experience, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Effectiveness, Talent Management, Compensation, Organizational Design and Team Member Development.
  • Lead and guide effective decision-making on all people-related issues, inclusive of employee relations, performance management process and calibration meetings bi-annually, organizational design and optimization, and support the long-term strategic business goals through these activities.
  • Ensure all compliance-related HR work streams are completed with accuracy, efficacy, and efficiency to minimize risk exposure and help achieve business objectives.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all areas of the employee experience.
  • Develop, implement, and routinely assess People metrics and analytics to optimize engagement, productivity, performance, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and enhance the culture and work environment of the company’s rapidly expanding organization.
  • Lead collection of data and provide monthly reporting on business insights that will drive continuous improvement in the HR organization and across the company.

 

Skills

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or related
  • 10 +years of progressive experience in Human Resources management positions.
  • Specialized in organizational planning, organization development, employee relations and performance Development.
  • Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from co-workers, employees and/or departments.
  • High level of business acumen and proven effectiveness as an advisor working directly with executives to provide alignment of human capital initiatives with organizational strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a high degree of personal credibility at all levels of the organization.
