Our Client , A regional oilfield services provider, is looking for Field Services Manager (FSM) to be based in their subsidiary in Libya and reports to Operations Manager

Job Purpose :

The FSM is to manage the base, solve technical problems within his area of operations by liaising with the support organization and the equipment manufacturers. He is responsible for ensuring excellent communication with clients on operational matters and receiving their feedback through daily contact and regular Service Quality Review meetings. He is responsible for ensuring that tools and equipment are available for operations to conduct all awarded jobs in a professional, timely manner.

 The Field Service Manager is responsible for delivery of services at or above the customer’s expectations. He ensures that client’s requests are fulfilled in a safe, timely and efficient manner, by conforming to company's Policies and Standards and the customer specifications. The FSM is responsible for providing the Field Engineers / Specialists the support they need to deliver high Quality Service. The FSM is to maintain standard operating procedures and ensure that operating crews are proficient in the Services they deliver by planning training of Engineers, Specialists and Field Staff in order to create a well-trained and motivated work force.

Requirements :

  1. Education: Graduate degree & above.
  2. Related Experience: Thorough knowledge of oil operations and equipment. Understanding of related services equipment and operations.
  3. Ability to work on own and in a team.

  7. Ability to interact with clients and suppliers
