Our Client , A leading Bank in Qatar , is looking for Compliance Assurance Manager to based in Doha 

Job Description

The role sits in a Compliance team of 8 and has a remit to implement the internal control framework across the department and associated governance areas.

Key accountabilities include:

• Risk & Control Assessment Management
• Internal Control & Monitoring
• Quality Assurance & RCSA's
• Audit Management
• MI & Reporting
• Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures
• Customer Service

Key stakeholders include:

• Line Management
• Group Compliance & Enterprise Risk Teams
• Internal & External Stakeholders
• Regulators - Qatar Central Bank

The ideal candidate will need:

• 12+ years Audit/Risk experience with exposure to Compliance Assurance
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Certification in AML & Sanctions, Internal Audit or Accountancy
• Knowledge of Audit & Risk Management practises
