Our Client , a leading Business Group in KSA which has Industrial , Hospitality and Contracting Arms , is looking for CEO – Contracting  for their Contracting Arm to be based in Dammam and reports to Group CEO

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Solid management /Top Level Experience in Contracting environment , A minimum of 15 years experience or more
• Minimum BA Graduate, MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
• Arab Nationals are preferred
• JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Develop and communicate the company s vision, mission statements both internally and externally; ensure compliance of business activities to the overall vision of the organization
  • Identify organization wide strategic issues and concerns and resort to appropriate actions to address such issues
  • Evolve Company s business model in line with market opportunities to provide greater value to all stakeholders
  • Ensure that the long and short-term strategies developed are in line with the vision statement and strategic direction of the organization
  • Develop business targets for each department in consultation & in line with the Company s overall business objective
  • Formulate annual business strategy/ plan and ensure establishment of appropriate action plans to attain the objectives and budget
  • Ensure development of a strong relationship clients at the CEO/ Board level in order to maximize the business relationship
  • Inculcate a customer driven, service culture across all departments; strive to deliver best-in-class customer service through all delivery channels
  • Ensure development and implementation of the credit policy to maintain and control the overall portfolio risk of the organization
  • Periodically evaluate the performance of the departments
  • Motivate, develop and empower staff through effective HR policies and an open communication culture, to foster a performance driven culture
  • Track market developments, stay abreast of new delivery channels, products and services in order to provide guidance to business units
